Perhaps the project that started a string of projects for DSMM.
Between the builder and the Realtor was the realization that a new kind of effort was needed to promote these particular projects. When Dead visited the newly-built homes, we knew exactly what to do.

First, photograph them.
Next, design tri-fold print pieces that out paced what larger brokerage houses were providing their agents.
